Shop Small 2015 Part 2

Clothes by Amy Sheppard

Haley, Kaya, Kirsten, Lanie, Melody, 2 or more

Hey, Melody! Love your outfit!
Isn't it great? Xyra was at a craft show and found these great clothes by Amy.
The green and burgundy plaid is perfect for this time of year.
I love the blazer. Nice details.
I know! It's awesome!

Check out the details on the skirt...
pockets and a kick pleat!
Cool!
Did you get anything else?
A brown plaid skirt...
same style but different pattern...
and an apron.
Very pretty!
I'm not sure what craft show she will be at next, but we do have her contact information.

Xyra's Notes

  • It was hard to choose while at this display. Everything had great detail to it. There were jackets, complete outfits, coats with hats, dresses, gowns, pajamas, purses, skirts, blouses, and ponchos. All well detailed and in colors we rarely find from AG anymore. She even had 15" BB items.
  • The skirts have elastic waists and are easy to put on and take off. The pockets do work.
  • The blazer is fine wale corduroy with notched collar and two patch pockets. The pockets are working as are the buttons. No Velcro on this item! It does leave a few fuzzies.

Shop Small when you can; support local entrepreneurs and crafters.

Best wishes,

  1. Shop small is important, so I'm glad you mentioned it. We like to make our own clothes and buy from other wonderful sewers and crafters, too. :)

    1. Isn't it neat to see what different people decide to make? The patterns they choose to follow and the fabrics and colors used?

  2. Very cute! You always need a few plaid skirts in the closet, can't go wrong there. And I agree on the shop small, some of the nicest doll clothes I have are items purchased off Etsy sellers.

    1. Thank you. Some of the more sophisticated items come from private seamstresses. Definitely the place to find more earth tones.
