Desperation Scones Part 2

Scones and Back to School

Another kind of desperation scones are those found in the refrigerated dough section of the dairy case. You have some time to bake, but no time to mix and no mix. And you want something hot or warm. We had these on the first day of school.

Preheat oven to 350. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes.

Please know all three types of scones we’ve shared with you are very good. However, someone from England or a pastry purist might not see it that way. In our case almost any scone is better than no scone when you are hungry for a scone.
