Coolspring October 2014 Part 4

Coolspring Power Museum

October 2104 Fall Expo

Ice Cream!

The Temperature dropped drastically overnight (I was so happy I packed mittens and a hat), but I wanted one more ice cream. So off to the Bob Himes Ice Cream Shoppe I went. This is the new building.
The old building is now at the museum entrance as a gatehouse.
There is more room in this building for supplies and workers.

All of the ice cream is homemade using engines for churning.
Which flavor do you think I chose? Which would you choose?

That's it for my Coolspring trip. Not sure who is going in June, but I hope to go again in the future. Had a lot of fun and there is so much to see.

Note: To see another view of the new building, click this link then scroll down to the bottom, Museum Grounds, and click "Tour." Then scroll down to pictures 6, 7, and 8.

Best wishes,
