Vacation Bound
Hi! Haley here so happy to be back to blogging! Summer is just around the corner and going away is a big thing! One has to be prepared and comfortable. The other day we picked up this great set for the dolls. It's called Travelling the World and is from Battat's LORI line.So this is the front of the package. Travelling the World on the bottom right.
Let's unbox. Well, I let Xyra do this. It requires some effort. She used a box cutter to get through the seals, free the taped tabs, slice the string, and cut the tape. The pens are taped into place from the front! Make sure you get them out before discarding packaging!
Here is a great look at everything out of the box. The suitcase opens and can hold a few things. The toiletry bag holds the 5 toiletry items. The passport is too big; it should be the size of the postcards not the notebook. and check out the ego tag on that pillow! The official looking boarding pass is cool but outdated. It should be on paper from your printer.
I packed a few things away and got the pile reduced to this. the toiletry bag, infinity scarf and mask are in the suitcase. The first aid kit, notebook, passport, pens, phone, money, and boarding pass fit inside the backpack.
Play Time
Becky is ready to head out when Tamma yells, "Don't forget your water!""Thank you." Becky says.
"Have a great time."
"I'm sure I will, but I'll miss you all too!"
Xyra's Notes
- This is a great set! Lots of cool items. Haley gave a good breakdown above. It is not on the LORIdolls website, but might be available at your local Target.
- I need to try a few other packing ideas to see if I can't get more in the suitcase, but the toiletry case takes up all the space.
- The mask with this set is okay, but I like the one that came with the jammies better.
- The minis will enjoy everything in this set.
What's your favorite item in this set?
Have a great Thursday!

Dear Haley, thank you for reviewing this product. Are you going to be using it when you go on vacation?

Hi, Ms. Dorothy! I'm glad you liked it. I'm not sure. I think some of the larger pieces, but the smaller ones will stay home so they don't get lost. ;-)
