What a fun afternoon!

I went with Xyra to the Heefner Memorial Organ Recital Series featuring Alan Morrison at Ursinus College.  By the way, it's pronounced Er-sigh-nuss.

The campus is beautiful!

They have a map if you're not sure where you are going.  We didn't need it.  THis is Xyra's alma mater. 

The organ is in Bomberger Hall.

It's a beautiful instrument!

Alan Morrison is a wonderful musician and very nice guy!

We had originally planned to sit in the balcony, but we were chatting with a few people Xyra knew and before we knew it it was time for the recital to start.  So we stayed downstairs.

Gramma Enne would have loved this!

What a Weekend?!

Two Railroads, Pixies, and Pirates!

Saturday we headed off to York County and the Heritage Rail Trail.  What fun we had as it was also the Pirates & Pixies weekend for the Northern Central Railway!

There was a scavenger hunt!  Meatloaf found everything before the train ride.

We rode the big train first.  

What fun to have the Pirates and Pixies aboard.  

Then the motorcars headed out.

This time we went through the museum too.

Sunday we were slightly closer to home.  

The Middletown & Hummelstown RR. We saw three big trains that day!
